Its been over 48 hours since the new bundles were released on the PSN store but the bundles are still showing as unavailable to buy and the reason given is "you already own Black Desert". I have seen that the matter is under investigation and i hope it is resolved soon..I would really like to buy the Conquerer Bundle as soon as possible! 

Everything related to PSN lies with Sony. However I'm sure PA can send in inquiries to Sony about the issue if it was more than half the player base but as of right now it may be just be happening to you. Contact Sony customer support and make inquiries about the matter because you should be able to buy the upgrade granted you haven't bought it before. Since I typically keep my receipts from Sony I'd say check your receipts and make sure you haven't purchase the bundle before. If you no longer have the receipts you can check your purchase history with Sony while logged into your account on their website.
