地面に潜り込んで動けなくなる症状が多発しているみたいです

If I read the translation properly, if they are clipping through the ground and getting stuck while using certain skills I'd recommend opening the option menu and selecting the escape button. That should load them back to an area where they were stable prior to clipping. If this does not solved the issue you will need to send in a ticket to customer support detailing what happened and what you've tried to fix the problem with no success.
