There are currently no forum settings for the forum and a lot of post are going unnoticed. The forums are hardlocked to feedback instead of recent or new posts so I feel like a lot of people are posting without getting replies from any of the CMs. Also there is no tagging function so we cannot tag any of the CMs in any of our threads for their personal inputs or opinions on certain matters. However since I am currently posting on the forums via a mobile device that could be a problem for us mobile users. I rarely use a computer or a laptop because I do not have one to use.

I love the new design and layout of the site and forum but some of the key functions seem to be missing from the forums that were present in the old one. I know the CMs are busy and have a lot of work to do but we miss our CMs communicating with us. Which is why I suggested a forum setting so we can have some options here. Also the tagging as well but it might not be possible with the new layout.
