I can't login with 2 of my characters from 8 that I have in game since almost a month, I reported this issue several times and pearlabyss doesn't fix it this is not caused by my console or internet service provider. Proof of this is that there are other accounts that play this game with all  character classes and don't have any login issues or problems , pearl abyss support keeps telling me to delete and reinstall the game and this doesn't work . P.S. YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NOT RELIABLE AND THIS REFLECTS THE BAD QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT THE MORE CUSTOMERS AND PLAYERS KNOW ABOUT HOW YOUR COMPANY HANDLES IT'S CUSTOMERS IS WHEN THE MORE PLAYERS WILL LEAVE AND STOP PLAYING YOUR GAME

They respond with that all the time because it's the easiest solution to problem and hope it's nothing too severe. Several players have reported this and I suggested they repair their hard drive or ssd amd see if that resolves the problem because it worked for a guild mate of mine. How ever they stated that they've tried it and has not solved the problem. I asked @CM Valtarra if the devs can do roll backs for certain characters to a location that may be free of glitches or bugs. A roll back to a different location may fix the issue but you have make the request via a ticket. Which you must add that the problem is still occurring for said characters and wonder if a character roll back would help solve the issue.

Roll backs are time consuming and may or may not fix the issue. So from their perspective that is something it's a matter of if it's the right thing to do. However I think, not 100% sure though, that they can see if a character for an account is truly in a corrupted location. Again time consuming. I seriously hope they fix your issue as more and more players are encountering this issue. If sending in a ticket requesting a character roll back for said characters solves the issue, make sure to let everyone else with the same issue know the solution.
