Last time I bought a pack I opened it on a toon that already had a horse flute.  The second i opened the pack it bound another flute to that character and when I contacted support they said sorry...SoL.  I bought the conqueror pack and dont want to get screwed again.  Did they fix this flaw or do items automatically bind when you open the pack?  I have 1 toon that I want to have the flute but not necessarily anything else.  Can someone confirm?
