Greetings,

i have just encountered the weirdest bug. This has happened 2 times now and i have yet to understand it.

1) Servers were becoming very laggy, latency went up to 5+ seconds, game was running for multiple hours.
2) I switched characters
3) The loading time took over a minute!
4) When entering the new character, it's HP are at close to 0 triggering the blood screen effect for a second
5) HP then resets and my character has changed it's appearance into a random mix with some retained choices:
What changed:
- hair color
- skin color
- body mass
- eyes
- height

What retained:
+ hair cut
 
6) I restarted the game and saw my old character settings in the log in screen, logged in
7) Login time again at least 50% higher although game has been shut down and console restarted
8) Character still loads in with different appearance
9) After a couple of minutes, it changed back to my old appearance
10) People in my guild reported that they underwent the same issue when server load is heavy
