PVP

This is proposing an alternative system that can selected for pvp modes. This won't replace the current system, instead it'll be a secondary option.

Disregarding advantageous things like gear score and level, creates a more balanced playing field. Player vs player fights will become less circumstantial and more skill based. This allows anyone to rise to the top or fall to the bottom.

Where as the current system allows unfair fights, where one player has no chance of winning due to a lower gear score. That player's skill becomes irrelevant, simply because their opponent had better gear.
