The UI effects are showing further to the right than they actually are meant to be on the series X

I'm having the same problem with the UI overlay. The HP/spell section and Inventory section overlays are shifted right and down.  The npc interaction bar has no color just icons. 

Im having the same problem... When i turn on HDR and instant game response on my TV im having the same issue!

Only when i have it off and the setting on xbox series x put on 4k 60hz and not 4k 120hz the game seems to work ok????

And looks normal... when i have HDR on it looks worse than with it off... and the chat is almost not working it laggs like hell...
