What is going on? I have had tickets in since NOVEMBER. I've purchased $80 worth of merchadise I have yet to recieve AND I cannot access Pearls, the most valuable currency in the game, AND I have been falsely banned TWICE. No one is doing anything to help! I've submitted tickets, begged on Discord, ... I don't know what else to do! Why are you ignoring your players like this? I've played since beta, I enter your art contests, I help new players... what more do you want from me?
