Since the update, I have started to experience way more blue screen crashes, especially in Velia and Heidel.

Most of the time crashes happened right after finishing my interaction with storage keeper npc and running towards marketplace director npc's of the mentioned towns.

According to my experience, this is closely tied to population of the server since error tends to happen on peak hours in most populated towns (Velia and Heidel). 

I didn't see your post before posting my own. I'm having the same exact issue. I can't turn in any of my event quests without crashing from the npc. 😭

I have sailor's clothes in my inventory but it wasn't on my character when crashes happened. I'll try to drop it somewhere and try again. But probably this is a deeper issue about servers not being able to keep up with the population. 

Hey there, I’m having the same problems and don’t have any loggia equipment or low durability and it happens quite a bit now. I made a seperate post because I’m making the grind to AP 260 after a 3 month break and crashing while fishing makes me poor and sad ☹️ 💁🏼‍♀️
