Since the most recent update on PS4 the last row of my inventory doesn't exsist. The stuff is there but I can't use it. My pets are starving now lol. One of my characters is also encumbered all the time now, no matter what I get rid of. Please help.

Didn't you have Value Pack that run out? It increases inventory space and when ends item in the "additional slots" are locked.

I may have, but that doesn't explain why there are items in the locked slots and why my character is encumbered no matter how much stuff I drop or put away. It's ruining my game and I can't get any help.
