Region North America Sever Mediah                                                                             I have leveled twice to this point and keep getting stuck here. Right now I used the scroll to soothe the spirits but it didn’t take and it says if I lost it talk to Eileen outside of Cron Castle to get another one but I can’t find her.

I'm having the same issue and I can't skip this quest, so I'm like stuck. Cant find Eileen and I changed servers also tested the game.

still experience same issue, expect after update the game now freezes and closes when completing the quest.

Edit Update:

Randomly got spawned at the top of tower keep. if you are at the top dont jump down. make sure to use your scroll.

Having the same issue. Used scroll, didn't keep and cannot find Eileen for nothing. Stuck and a bit ticked off now.

I read this on another thread. I'm pretty sure this is what's happening. I lost 2 characters there. I'm going to try a 3rd and try this. If it doesn't  work then I'm done with the beta.

Hey guy's, so dont cancel the quest, just jump down and run out the front gate to where beetle is and the dead body, and Eileen is to the left, she will give you another scroll, then just go up and read the scroll. DO NOT CANCEL THE QUEST OR SHE WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SCROLL. I have verified this and It works
