I personally think that the Skill Tree is quite confusing. A skilltree window similar to the pc version would be great to have an overview of all your skills

I predicted this would happen...pc players to start bitching because the game is "different than what was on pc". I didn't play on pc and I had no problem understanding the "skill tree" in the beta, no confusion on my part. Pearl Abyss, please do not waste your time conforming to the demands of pc players who want things changed just because it's not the same.

it's not about 'bitching' it's about using a smarter skilltree window, already available on PC instead of a dumb skilltree they made for xbox version, if that's too much of intelligence for you to comprehend then I'm sorry for u my friend.

Yeah, the skill tree could have been better, even comparing to other games. "Bitching" probably wasn't the best choice of words, lol. For me it was workable and I prefer they not delay the game for something that's largely irrelevant. I mean, other than for initial information, how often will you look at it? especially later in the game?

I'm pretty sure a material already available on other platform isn't going to cause a huge delay to the game, it's all about making the game better for everyone, this will not only be a step ahead for people already acquainted with BDO but also new players. The fact you could understand how it works doesn't mean It couldn't be improved.

I not a dev, I just imagine that changing it would require a fairly major rework and I assume they have a reason for making it the way they did. I just don't see myself(or many people) really looking at the skill tree later in the game so I'd prefer they work on other game improvements and content.

I agree, Its not confusing as you say it is but having an actual skill tree that was already available on the pc wont hurt either. I don't know why they would change it up so dramatically. +1

I agree something a little better would be nice. But I can manage with what we have. It would make a planning a build out much easier if I have access to what I will unlock later on. Rather then having to second screen. 

I just want too see how many points each skill costs and what level I have to be to get it. It seemed like a strange choice for me to guess on all of them.

I also liked the PC version of the skill tree better but I'm fine with how it's currently displayed, as long as I can see the points needed and what the level requirement is.

I kinda cringed when I saw this post. Not going to be looking at your skill tree in the future, very often eh? Good luck with that. I'm a PC player <--- iv come over to chill with my friends and show them the ropes. I understand you may mean well. But ignorance is truly bless as they say. Besides armor in this game. this is one of the most important aspects of the game!  It needs to be fixed asap. I for one would hope that they would take out the time to fix this issue.

Issues with current beta skill tree build

Can't compare previous skill with the upgraded one. 

Can't view what level or how many skill points is needed for the skill in question.

Can't lock abilities as of yet.

Can't view all the pre-awakened skills all at once. 

Some skill upgrades can't be used(I think this is one of the confirmed bugs)

V C and X have not been assigned. (No escape available or black sprit transfer. Sure this will also be fixed.

You have so many skills in this game and loads more to come and not a lot of chances to change your build(1-55 is your chance to change your build for free after wards, you only get one more after 56) so you want to make sure you get the abilities you want and have a decent representation of the skills being dispalyed, so you will not have any regrets later on and have to spend your loyalty points or real money to get a respect.

I know it's a beta build, I just don't want people to take up the same idea and we end up stuck with a poorly implamented skill tree system. Better to get it done now rather then later.
