So I want to use Fughar's timepiece and did everything you need to do, yet it says "The condition for using this item has not been met". My season character is level 59, I have normal characters below level 25. I unequipped my seasonal characters gear and tried using it with the gear in my inventory, then put it in my storage and tried again. It did not work. I tried using Fughar's timepiece from multiple characters, it did not work. I don't think there's something I'm missing since I did everything the description of the item tells you to do.
