I'm on the [Star's End] A House by the Peaceful Kaia Pier main quest. I'm on the ( - Go where Rubin told you to visit) step. I'm at the spot but there is a sideways tower blocking the second floor. I have tried switching servers and it appears the same way on each one.

As you can see, there are even some Quest NPC's inside that can't be accessed. Plus in the bottom pic the door is completely blocked.

Ok. So no replies? Is it supposed to be like that? If so how do you complete the quest? Am I the only one with this issue?

I vaguely remember the quests for stars end but if it’s the one I’m thinking, it’s outside through the archway on the first floor.

ps. Not many use the forums on here and I only browse through every couple weeks or so ☹️
