To generate the error it is necessary to do the following:

1. Insert the skill "Haladie Assault" in the skill bar, at number [3] for example.

2. Run the following sequence:
SHIFT+W(dash), (holds TAB during dash), [3] (bar skill), SHIFT+W

After this sequence the dash will no longer work correctly.

To correct it is necessary to hide the weapons and take them out again.
