Delete Protected Area entirely because it does not protect you from anything (especially at end game pvp you will still get 1 combo'd to death through it unless you're fighting someone you outgear by a ton)

Give SA back to Voltaic. Took our main engager for anything close and removed it's SA meaning using it just gets you CC'd and killed. It's a dead ability.

PS: Ya'll buckled and listened to the collective of cry babies to nerf a class that's good at large scale. Before the nerf's it was almost never a caster top fragging in the guild's i've been a part of. They're great still at what they do but they're low end for 1v1 situations.
