Almost two years into console Black Desert, I still cannot get used to the fact that we need two separate commands on controller to get to the map, which I use every 5min or so, and the touchpad is used to access the chat, which I hardly (if ever) use. Considering that the touchpad is used for map and menus on the majority of PlayStation games, and despite the possibility of reconfiguring ring menus, why don't you at least give us a chance to configure/customize the touchpad assignment? It would be a nice QoL improvement, imho.
And since we're at it, it would be nice to be able to personalize the UI, like we can on PC.
