Not sure if this was in the patch notes but this daily quest to get the epheria boat design's doesn't work at the moment (at least for me); I can accept the quest but the boxes that you are supposed to deliver do not spawn. Also these boxes should always be there wether you accept the quest or not (as part of the enviroment). I have tried server swaping, full restart and moving away and coming back to reload the area and nothing works.
