For those who play BDO, you already know how dog water Pearl Abyss Customer support is, just though you seem it all, here is something new.

I send inquiry back and forward with atlease 5 different GM about why My account got BAN, I will post screenshot of inquiry and brake it down.

I'm a bdo console player for over 2 years now, about a year go, when they release Infinite Potion, I figure out a way to AFK grinding without using any program or macro, So I send a inquiry to PA ask is that action going to get my account ban.

PA come up something new every time, from tape is unauthorize program to altering controller, repeatable pattern, equipment break their protection service, Did not respond their investigation while I'm sleeping.

If they can provide or proof I use any kind of unauthorized program or macro, They can ban my account how ever they want, I won't said a word, it's been a year pass, suddenly they decided to ban my account for not breaking PA policy? Like I said in inquiry, I can proof them without using any program or macro, I can go afk grinding with just in game setting? so using in game setting is against PA policy? They keep saying I use unauthorized program, but can never said what program or equipment I use that is against their policy.

Here is the Tip for who still interested playing BDO, Do not use any controller to play the game, specially with custom skin, cause that is consider equipment will break protection service.

Do not play character that have repeatable pattern, for example, wiz/witch, don't just spam cataclysm and voltaic, cause that will get you ban as well.

Most importantly, DO NOT GO AFK! Don't care if you afk fishing or afking processing or afk training at dummy. Log off when you go to bed, if you don't respond to the game while you sleeping, you will get BAN!

If, no third party tools were used, no manipulation applied and the method used isn’t covered under the terms of service, you can report through your countries trading standards agency, albeit with all information and reasonable argument to counter any and all ambiguity within the TOS.

I've noticed a few people just standing in the center of bash pressing one attack a few times but i didn't to much of it till i noticed this post. I do believe they did ban people for idle farming bee's one time if you remember the headline.

You literally admitted to them in a ticket that you taped your controller to afk farm, you're an actual idiot :)

So you found a way to AFK-macro that uses a method that the game doesn't provide to AFK-macro...

And not only did you break the rules, but you also told not only 1 Pearl Abyss staff that you were breaking the rules.. but you told multiple staff members that you were breaking the rules.

.. and now you're upset that you got banned?
