We appreciate your time in sending this report to us. We understand that you are having problems as you were unable to claim the event challenge rewards for the Twinkle Twinkle Starry Chest on your account and asking for compensation, as you have not received nor claimed the reward for the sa event. As per checking the event that you have told us about, we would like to ask and clarify if the event that you are referring to is the [Events] Twinkle Twinkle “Starry Chests!”.

If so, please be gued that the sa event is currently for the PC version of the game and unfortunately, the sa event is not yet available on the Console version of the game. Thus, we regret to inform you that we are unable to prove any compensation regarding your concern as the sa event has not yet started on the Console version of the game. If not, we would like to ask if you could prove us with the exact event name of the event that you are referring to so we can assist you further.

 

While we understand your frustration as you keep receiving an error message of "Notice of Gameplay". We would like to ask if you could prove us with a screenshot of the exact error message that you received so we can further check and investigate your concern. We are asking for this information as this would help us to better understand on what is the exact error that you keep receiving in-game. And be able to prove an accurate troubleshooting step that you may use to resolve the problem that you have encountered.
