The 12/22 patch notes claim there is a change to the time it takes for characters to be deleted.

The waiting time for deleting characters has been changed.

- Characters that are level 45 and below, and Trial Characters, will now be deleted in 3 minutes.

But I just tried to delete a character a couple minutes ago and the popup tells me it is still a 1 day wait.

The character is level 10, and it's been about 10 minutes since i initiated the deletion.

It's been 2 hours, character still isn't deleted.
