Any PC players know or have an idea how much stuff we'll have in the pearl store at launch? Or if we will even have the pearl store at launch?

I'm trying to save up as much money as I can (lol) but I'm wanting to play FFXIV right now and dont know if I should save it?

I was planning to go back in December anyway but to be honest the Shadowbringers reveal made me homesick even though my sub has been inactive for only less than a month.

I...wow. Yikes. ? I didn't know that lol, it sounds like no matter how much I manage to save, I won't be able to go on a spree like I'd planned/hoped.

It can definetly bet a bit pricey. 

I always recommend people set back about 60$ to get a good start in the game, like buying a new game in a box copy for a new gen console.

 

As long as 60-100 (depending whats offered and the respective values) gets me around 6-8 months of quality gameplay. Im fine paying an extra 40-60 every 6-8 months.

I'm personally saving around $200 lmao. As a PC player, I know how useful having 5x Tier 3-4 pets is. And to create a higher tier pet, you have to breed one Tier 1 with another Tier 1, and it's all RNG whether you get Tier 2-3 out of that. Then to attempt Tier 4, you have to breed a higher Tier with another higher Tier...

It's kind of ridiculous, but that's how they make their money lol. But at least it's a one time buy, to be the fastest looter in the West. The costumes and value pack aren't too bad.

on pc you can buy costumes, pets and value packs on the marketplace.  got 2 value packs the other night. pets are hard to come by. but ive got all my costumes/value packs for in game currency

No need to buy more then 3-4 pets in total. Just buy 1 of each breed and then use the loyalties pets you get for free to breed with. We most likely won't even have pet breeding at launch as there's no real need for them until level 56+

Ill end up spending $200+ on the game but one thing I refuse to spend real money on is rng. I'd rather spend the money on things like weight, inventory, crafting outfits, maids or other things ill have a 100% chance to get value out of

I want all the useless outfits. My Sorc needs to look beautiful.

I do plan on getting a slew of pets though. 

Also,  makes a good point but do what makes you happy.  After riding around on that higher tier horse for a bit, I'll admit I'm hooked on the concept of breeding a bit.

On day 1 I plan to buy 1 outfit, 1 pet, and some inventory space. Depending on how much that all totals with the game or if there is some kind of bundle thing I may get other stuff. I only ever usually buy stuff off the start of games, after that I try to avoid doing so as much as possible.

I would recommend visiting BDO fashion.The have a database with images of the Differnt costumes for the classes and pets.
