For some reason when the last season ended, my Woosa had all her weapons and armor were unequiped and looks like she is carrying a trade good.  I cannot equip anything except accessories.  The weight limit is not too high, but I cannot find the trade good to deposit.  Please help!

Regarding adjustments made after the conclusion of the winter season, you can see more information on this topic by following this link below.

When each season ends all non converted item is unequipped from your seasonal character as the character has been converted to a regular character therefore you cannot use those seasonal items. The seasonal items that were not converted should have been converted so you may equip them but if not there should have been a conversion stone provided to you.
If both of those do not apply you can submit a ticket following the link below but you will also need to link your webpage account to your in-game account which I shall provide a link on how to do that as well =].

I found the problem.  I finally reached Arehaza and started the Palm Forest Boy Questline.  I had the book in my inventory because I didn't realize that I needed to use the book.  The book expired, so I had to drop it, but I got another one and used it before dropping the original.  As soon as I dropped it, everything went back to normal.
