Why is it that coupons and other seasonal events are only available in velia. If i want to turn tuvala into a boss armor piece i have to run all the way back to velia. We do not have teleport yet on console which makes it a nuisance. ALL OF THE EVENTS  during season need to be turned in in Velia....WHY... make the damn NPC available in every major city and allow us to exchange season coupons for gear with all blacksmiths. Making players run across the world to velia for this is insane...
