Hp infinite pot dont work

There is a problem with the HP ininite pot, he dont work if you lose a lot of Hp by heavy hits or fall damage 

He should be activated when my HP is less than 90%.

If i get small dmg and HP is less than 90% it works.

I play on PS5 Eu
