I think you need to work on adding the BDO game to the PS Plus subscription, like it is done in the Gamepass subscription.
This will attract new players, which will help the game.

I agree. We need more players, it will be beneficial for everyone.

It's a good idea, but they should wait until they have a PS5 version and put that up there. Otherwise, they're likely to create a counterproductively bad impression. 

Honestly at this point, they just need to make it free to play. The cash shop is the main bread winner of the game. 

And there are so many starter packs for the game..

they took this step (adding the game to the subscription) because the game was dying, online was crashing.

The correct solution will be to close the console version of BDO
