Please incorporate Khan instancing ASAP, people are griefing khan for PvE guilds with their toxic behavior acting like terrorists online when there is no need. 

Also I am looking forward to the guild war and karma changes becuase I am tired of playing with toxic players who act like terrorists online, and griefing other people's playstyle.  Please expand Marni Realms as planned.
