Hi my dear CMs and GMs, first of all I'm hoping you guys are having a blast right now. Well, as for me I am having a blast too..... only in a bad way. You see, this SEVERE lag/delay with your game is here again and it is quite troublesome! And before you guys tell me that maybe this is on my end. I'm telling you now, it is not. Because I can play other online game smoothly only BDO is making my head hurt. Also, I did encountered this exact same issue not just a year ago, but a few months back too and yes i made a report about it, but no notice of solution was made. It just went away after a few very unplayable days not a single day but DAYSSSS! So please, can you ask your great "IT technicians or IT engineers" as to why this infuriating issue is still happening on your end? Are your servers that bad that it get overloaded and congested  so easily?! Come on guys, fix this sh*t seriously.
