Change of free IV Black Star awak to eye of rode

Hi, support!

 

I had changed two of my own IV black star ( main and sub), but when I tried to make the same with free IV black star (that we received) - I can't see any dialog or quest for it. Is it possible to change it on eye if rode? I suppose that it's not possible coz there is no such eye if rode that would be forbidden to be placed on market.
