Since it's my first post, I would like to say hi to everyone.

And now straight to the point.

In my humble opinion, the whole concept of dyes in this game is executed in a very bad way.
Few issues:
- why bother buying Merv's Palette if you get it with the Value Pack for almost the same price ?
- why bother with dying things if they get back to default after the value pack expires ?
- buing a CHANCE to get a dye that you want for $$$ ? Are you serious with that PA XD ? No sane person will do that
- why is there no option to craft dyes in the game?

I know that PA is trying to make money on microtransactions, but dyes in BDO must be the worst idea of doing that and actually limit the amount of $$$ that they could make. 
Want an example ? Okay, so let's say that I really like a certain outfit in the Pearl Shop and I would cough up few $ for it, but I won't. You know why ? Because I just hate the default color scheme on it and would like to change it. However, I will not pay a subscription fee in the form of Value Pack just to be able to customize that outfit to my liking and to keep it looking that way :)

The only worse idea I can think of than how the applied dyes works in BDO would be applying the same mechanic to changing your character's looks ;P Imagine keeping the changes only with VP active XD

If the applied visual changes would stay on the items even without the Value Pack, that would be a different story.

PS. Yeah, I'm also not a big fan of some other microtransactions in BDO. Crystal recovery would be one. Paying for weight and item slots for each character individually is also quite bad.
