My PS account was unlinked by itself. When I try to link it again, it says that account which is this one is already linked to another account or disabled?

I tried sumbitting a ticket but I cannot log in on the website as it says my login is incorrect but I am able to log in here.

Just trying to redeem some coupon :(

Any help would be nice.

Error on website when trying to submit a ticket:

It cannot be accessed.

I am still able to use the mobile app to access CM.
