Im living in israel 

If im starting to play on eu server and after a year i am moving to usa 

Will i be able to move my character from eu server to usa server? 

Characters yes, but none of your purchases will transfer if you’ve bought anything from the pearl shop.

Yer man. Unless you want to start on EU and skip purchases but progress without lag until you move.

Please link where you found out that character transfers have been confirmed.

I think you are confused, the servers that they are talking about are named ones within the NA region or the EU region. You can switch from NA to EU, but you don't get to bring your Characters or anything. Within the NA or EU region, you can freely switch servers every 15 min.

You don't need a new account, you will just have to switch your region. It just won't let you bring your character with you, you start fresh. 

You will NOT be able to switch characters between NA and EU. They are completely separate servers, with different economy's etc.

What they referred to in the AMA is switching channels within your server.

What Paddy said. You can play NA/EU but you have to prepare to make new character on the other region you choose. And if you preorder and start on EU server than your US account will not feature all pre-order goodies.

This boi out here spreading misinformation. You should probably make sure that you know what you're talking about before you try to "help" someone else. 

 I think it is a  foreign concept to a few people and is easily mixed up without some clarification. 

If you move regions, it will be a complete restart. Characters stay on their designated region, and will not be able to move across them.

So besickly if i dont have a region in my country it means im free to chouse where to play right? 

 And there w9nt be problems whit the pre order bonus or beta bonus right?

Israel dont have its own region on x box and all games give as the right to decude where to play  ( thats good btw)

It means you can choose where to purchase the game from. If you know for certain you will be moving to the US, then you will be better off purchasing and playing on the North American region. Your characters and items will always stay on the region you chose to play at the start.
