Hello fellow Gore-Machines,

Seeing that we dominate bottoms of the popularity Class charts i was hoping to get some love going and exchange few expectations in regards to the best looking class out there. What has personally got you convinced to give this magnificent bulk of muscle a shot? 

For me it's the combination of self-sufficiency with number of heals, high HP pool and lastly his glorious Awakening Skills. Nothing comes to the satisfaction of blasting a mini-nuke cannon. Zerk has many tools of trade and is dangerous both long and close range. Anyone ought to think twice before going 1v1 with this bad-boy. PVE is also a breeze with convenient AOE that's comparable to this of a Wizard, only with much faster cast speed. 

To me personally, Zerker is the only true "in your face" character until Mystic/Striker which I plan to main. I love his self heals and Raging Thunder. Really satisfying for anyone looking for a proper melee gore.

I played a zerker in the brief time i spent on the pc. It was just a fun fast paced arse kicking time and that whats im looking forward too

I didnt play bdo before exapt the beta 

And bers was very nice pritty fat and that great 

My 9nly mistake is that i made him so high it was hard entering or leaving buildings

Until everyone gets their awakening we will be overpowered.

Rocking the heve set well be able to sit a comfy 500 HP above what any other class can achieve, have 2 full heals with frontal guard, and good burst with frenzied destroyer cancels.

The main drawbacks though is that we rely heavily on ultimate evasion chaining for mobility which is a double tap directional movement skill (which is super unreliable with a joystick).

This issue will gimp zerks mobility heavily. I brought it up multiple times and in the QnA and didnt see the issue so it probably wont be getting fixed.

Zerk will be the fastest grinding class when played correctly pre-awakened. By using a combination of BWS + raging thunder for back damage you can clear extremely fast with low AP.

You can also abuse your grapples very high accuracy to farm deep purple mobs if your AP is high (for example I was able to kill whole packs at Ser shrine in beta at lvl 40 with the slams from grabs).

Out of the gate zerk is going to be amazing, right now though on live its lack of protected skills leaves it in a really bad spot. You basically get cced where as most classes your fighting are cycling super armors and immune to cc's.

With the Ap meta once your cced, your dead.

While Harming might say Berserk is in bad spot in his understanding, they are voted one of the TOP PVP classes in KR and when played well can deal with pretty much any Class. That CC = Death is true for plenty much everyone and Berserks CC arsenal is quite extensive. In the end it comes to what playstyle you like the most. Don't let the people who complain discourage you :).

Especially now when the game is not even out yet and already we got people crying about class performance :D.

do you play the game on pc?

Berserkers are one of the strongest classes if you know how to play them in endgame, and they can adjust to many situations.

a noob will be bad with ANY class, except mystic, those are still broken OP

You can make it work if your good, but most other classes, played on a equal skill and gear level, will beat zerk.

Ever since 2017, I have loved Zerk. I have considered Warrior and even Striker, but after watching Burning, and Steve, they motivated me to stay Zerker. I grew my horizon to other people like Redd, Brizz, Kai, they only furthered my interest in the class.

Going in there and just unleashing absolute rage inducing pain and threat levels to enemies is the best thing ever. Zerk ????

It is worth saying though that as bad ass and cool as the Zerk is, you will find that after this preawken facade is over, and other classes like Sorc obtain awakening, it won’t be fun. AT ALL.

You see at launch zerk is extremely sustainable with it’s multiple heals and high HP pool at beggining, which doesn’t really change. However, as mentioned by Harming, Zerk is not the best class in the game and that is a FACT. It is also not as reliable in a 1v1 as you’ll come to find. (Do your research and you’ll see what I mean) Zerk is best in groups. But he has also been slowly nerfed over time, HARD, and with the introduction of other classes and especially Striker, Mystic. They are pretty much Zerker but better. 

This isn’t to discourage you from playing Zerk as I will play it no matter what, but you will need high AP and double the effort to keep up with other classes if you plan on doing damage and being useful. You will also need a strong thick skin as other classes have it MUCH easier than zerk. Zerk has an extremely high skill ceiling though, arguably one of the highest in the game when you are experianced. So continue training and learn, adapt. Yes Zerk has problems and is not as strong as other classes but you can still destroy kids. Plus, sieges matter way more than 1v1’s. So if you get mad you died in a 1v1, don’t be mad, shake it off! See what I did there? Lol

Really fun looking playstyle and I like the idea of being a giant. I just really hate that he has that whole Quasimodo aesthetic too.

it'll get better with awakening

Looking forward to seeing what his armor looks like. Some of the one's I seen give me like Skyrim vibes lol.

with the grabs and spins, zerker is my Zangeif. The only great fighter in Street fighter
