still to bright roads dirt sand rocks ect? hurts eyes after awhile

I’m not sure. If they are really careful about it I suppose they could tweak it some more. I’m scared they’ll water the graphics down though. In this second BETA I played a ridiculous amount sometimes an hour or more at a time without feeling like I had too stop to protect my eyes and head from hurting. I did have eye strain but that was more from staring at any screen for long periods I thought.  I took beautiful stills and video in game at different times of day with great results and no eye or head pain. I’m worried if they do reduce brightness and contrast too much more  in future updates  it will start to make the overall game graphics lose detail and we’ll lose that photo quality pop of detail you get from a properly lit portrait in Black Desert in the current BETA version. BETA number two was truly beautiful. In the first open BETA I definitely felt it was to bright and that contrast was messed up with the sky.  I was messing with my tv settings trying to create custom settings for the day and night time cycle in the first open BETA. In the second open BETA I just used my 4K TV default game mode because the developer had improved the brightness or contrast issue noticeably without any drop in game fidelity that I could detect. If anything the game looked sharper and more detailed, while being much easier on the eyes. Maybe I was getting 4K or higher frames in 1080p in second BETA...could have been improvements there too. Not sure what resolution the BETA was giving me I just know it looked sweet.

I played a ridiculous number of hours in the second open BETA. In the first BETA that would have made me puke and my eyes hard boil.

I have the same problem the game has a white reflection that is completely disturbing. 

I had to turn off hdr all together to make things look better. 

First time seeing such a disturbing hdr implementation ad first time a game looks better without hdr. 

Well maybe second monster hunter world had terrible hdr as well but at least it was not so disturbing.
