I'm trying to play the open beta on my xbox one but every single time the game loads up and I hit start and choose my profile I get the notice that says "Disconnected from Black Desert servers. Please try again." It also has the error code 800C0000B. 

I have reset and hard reset my xbox multiple times. I have reset my router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing works. I tried looking up this error code and I can't find any information on it or any solutions to fix this problem. I can't even get into the game at all except for the start screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am having the same issue and have done exactly the same thing.... Restarted Xbox and router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game not only on the same but also different hard drive as well as uninstalled restarted Xbox and then reinstalled.

Same here, done everything i could think of, but still can't play it. Glad that i'm not the only one with this issue.

Yeah same here wanted to try the beta to see what the game was like before I decide to buy or not,at this rate I wont get on so wont be buying

Same here. Really hope they fix this before my ultimate edition early access starts otherwise I will be seeking a refund I think.

Same issue over here. Was super excited to play this game before it came out at least once since I live in EU and couldn't participate in the first beta and then I get this

I have managed to get into the game once, but other then that error 800C000B all the other times, over 48 hours and still not sorted....
