Do the beta items you get transfer into the final game? I know your characters get wiped but I want to know if you get the items from playing the beta.

Nah dude, nothing will carry over. You will get a pet and a title in the release version though if you reach lvl 30 on a character during the beta. Just make sure to register on the website https://xbox.playblackdesert.com/

All Final Open Beta participants will be awarded with a special title upon the game's official launch. 
Those who hit level 30 during the Beta period will be additionally rewarded with a Calpheon chubby dog"
