My friend and i are game sharing (xbox home method).. are we both getting the pre-order bonus/ultimate edition content? or only the account who bought the game?

When my friend pre-ordered Destiny 2, he got the pre-order bonus, but i didn't.. they were downloaded as add-ons. I was able to download the add-ons, but i still didn't get them in-game.

Any idea regarding this?

From my current understanding. Gathered some info from folks on these forums. You'll both certainly get access to the game. As far as digital content. That may be up to pearl abyss to decide. But I have heard people say if you buy it through the xbox store you will both get access to these bonuses. Im not entirely sure, but the latter seems likely from what I know and hear from other players on here. In regards to ESO, if you bought the chapters in game using their crown premo currency, only you recieved. But, if you bought said chapters in the xbox store, both of you have access. 

great! i hope it does! the most important aspect of this is sharing the game, if the content of the ultimate edition doesn't share, i would understand that, because they aren't shared in most games.. tho having 72hrs early access for both of us, would be nice!

Above is false info there is no game sharing for bdo and you dont get the bonuses

Have had different experiences through the store. I thought I remember in the ama it did say no sharing. Anywho I forgot and yes, misspoke. I'm still curious to see at launch for myself. Seems a bit greedy if I buy the 100$version and my game sharee doesn't have access to at the least base version.
