how will black desert handle blocks and mutes for example I have a few people I know who are complete C***s so I put them on my Xbox block list... but they are getting black desert too and being on the same region as me.... although I can kill them in PVP no problem as they are not very good gamers I'm only 1 they are atleast 5+ so they outnumber me....
my guess is they will stalk me to ruin my gameplay until I quit... the reason I blocked them is because they are racist and abusive and constantly use the N word... and anyone who disagrees with them they gang up on you and attack you verbally your not allowed an opinion with them it's either their way or nothing.
So I'm hoping that if I got them on my block list they can't see me typing in chat and I can't see them typing in chat... otherwise I'm doomed to spend all my black desert days being hunted by these losers because they won't allow me to have an opinion...
Theres soooo many different servers. You can just pick a different one and never see them. Unless your streaming without covering your channel chances are they wont find you often and if they do just swap. World chat between all servers costs money or loyalties. So noone really uses it but farming websites lol
i'm sure you'll get an option to mute or block someone.. might be something from the xbox too.
but curious why you haven't reported them yet? on xbox i mean.
I've hunted people/guilds for days on BDO, even disbanded a few guilds. I hate to say it you aren't 100% safe. Good news get a guild and they can put you on protection if it becomes an issue and then they will have to lose karma killing you. Also if you get them saying this crap in game, you can probably get a GM involved. They are not allowed on the PC version to cross a certain line of bringing real life into game and being abusive in chat so i'm going to assume the ToS will be the same on xbox.
I will give this warning once they find out your character name (its channel specific: ie Mediah2 or Balenos1), in Velia you have an NPC that will ping your location anywhere on the map that isn't the void (ross sea, and the actual desert where you lose your map) any where else they can see exactly where you are at the time of the ping. I always have other ways to track someone to see if they are on the channel, but for most players safety, I'm going to keep that private. I personally won't be the player to say it here.

lol you obviously dont see PCs world chat, I see players all the time talking in it. Lord help us on PC when TimAllen would get a crown he wouldn't shut up while he was the gm of Aftershock or Elementalist buying megaphones with pearls linking his pen crescent for 4 weeks straight talking about random things. Heck i think i've see BekiLL count to 100 in world chat. After you get max weight for your character loyalties become useless so megaphones are the go to for a lot of people.
It can be amusing to watch people in world, its the only reason i have it still show up on my main chat box. Sever, and RP chat - those get annoying so they have their own box so i dont have to see them all day long.
Well, Bdx rules on official page are very strict on market things. I would assume they are the same for constantly hunting one player
I would think a constant pattern of a user stalking and hunting someone would be harassment, maybe bullying etc. When I don't like someone distance is preferable for me..in other words I ignore them..but the game is big with lots of servers chances are slim you'd meet.

Actually it's not which is sad as far as the pvp aspect "it's game mechanics" which is BS, but 90% chance they are toxic in chat and that is where they will hang themselves for a ban/ suspension.

If not PA rules, then you can always report to Microsoft for offensive language or harassing. They are pretty good with banning too.
awesome, then this might be really good for .
