I have been trying to get on black desert for 3 hours and it has not worked at all, I’ve cleared my saved data, I’ve reset my xbox multiple times, I’ve deleted the game and re installed it, I’ve reset my MAC address, etc the list goes on, when I get on it either says disconnnected from servers or just stay at the start screen saying “checking for updates.” I have not even been able to make a character or play at all yet, the game also has crashed multiple times before even loading up, please help me out, thank you.

Please be also noted that Game Sharing does not work and that you would need to access the game through the account on which you have bought the game with.

Load of bullshit, I just bought this Monday when I got paid. I want a refund
imo, they should compensate ppl who bought the ultimate version but couldn't and still can't get in..
i'm sure there are ppl who bought the ultimate exclusively for early access.. i've bought the ultimate and if couldn't get in, i would demand a compensation.

lol yeah I definitely didn't buy the ultimate edition for the fogan pet and a t5 horse. if I can't play all day I'll want a partial refund, don't care if they take away the ultimate-only rewards.
I to am having an issue with getting the game to load. Sometimes it loads for about 30 seconds and goes back to the launch screen and wont do anything else. I preordered it and literally managed to get to level 13 and now its basically unplayable since I cant even load into the game now.
