When selling my 1g bars to the exchange it ask me how many, if you sellect all it takes all but only pays you for one. i just sold 39 1g bars and got 100,000.

They're aware of this issue and it should be fixed during scheduled maintenance (i'm not aware of that schedule, unfortunately).
