I've had a look but cannot find how to do this, would someone be kind enough to tell me how to?

Step by step instruction would be greatly appreciated.

You need to speak to Lara at Hidel or whatever the name is.. i think she can exchange small ones for medium ones.. i've done the Beginner ones to Small with her.

The quest information said press the guide button.

It should have said, LT + Up D-pad then left on right stick. lol.

Found "Simple Alchemy", however with a stack of 10x Small Potions, can't seem to get the UI to either place potions in individual slots, prompt me for how many to use in each slot, or be able to split the stack so that they can be selected individually. I can see what looks like a list of "recipes" to the right side of the UI, but none appear to be applicable to this quest. Any ideas or help from someone that's completed this successfully?

Edit: Tried messing around with a few things and managed to (accidentally?) get it to work; posting here for anyone else that might find it useful. With the first "recipe" selected (doesn't seem to be a way to unselect or select nothing), dropped the entire stack of Small Potions into the UI and said "Start". After a few seconds, it said that it "didn't seem to be going as planned", but then a few seconds later produced 1 Medium Potion; moving a few steps cancelled the rest of the process.

Seems the step-by-step instructions in the quest could be a bit more specific.

you just put all of them in 1 spot and start the process.

i was trying to convert Large to XLarge, but that doesn't seem available in the game yet..
