North America (Canada) on Xbox black desert online, character names WizardGod. Have the deluxe edition, started upon release. Was questing and received a value pack (1 day) and seeing as I had mine active from deluxe edition, I scrapped it in the chance it might mess with the one I already had on instead of adding. That was a huge mistake because now I can’t complete the quest I received immediately after which requires me to use the value pack (quest name is “[special gift]traveling light II”). So basically I have the content from deluxe, value pack, more pearl items, and character I leveled to 33 without being able to complete any more black spirit quests, not very cool considering 2 days ago I sent out a ticket with no response and one today with no response that it’s even being processed. Yet the day I sent in the first ticket, I accidentally sent it on the non Xbox versions site and they actually replied right away. It’s very depressing the lack of support I’ve received, my experience with the game has been not good at all. I’m really just trying to enjoy it with my friends and I really want to enjoy it. Someone please help. I don’t want to have to start over at this point, that’s so repetitive and I’ve put time into this character. Refunding the game is always an option but I don’t see why It should get to the point I’m refunding because support can’t help me with an issue that’s stops me from progressing, and their busy helping people get their silver back that really isn’t even a big issue compared to some of the things we’re obviously having issues with. Btw I’m aware I basically did this all to myself but at the same time being a new player to the game, it wasn’t very explainatory and their is limited tutorial.

Have you tried forfeiting the quest and then retaking it? I'm not sure that will work but it's worth a try.

Yes I did try, seeing as the previous quest was actually the one that gave it to me, I can’t forfeit to gain another. Sadly
is it something you can buy from the market? or maybe pearl shop? can't you just buy one and try the quest again? or does it have to be the same pack they provided you?
You can use valuepacks together, time will stack

It has to be the same pack they gave me, I even tried spending pearls on a value after the fact to no success.

Thanks I know that now, it’s that when I started the game I didn’t know that, I made assumptions because I saw certain buffs wouldn’t stack so I deleted it because I had a large one active. I would have used it had I known what I know now.
This is what I’ve received after 3 days, considering the ruling, it better give it to me though it’s about to be past 3 days, its taking too long for something so minimal.
