In open beta when you came close to other players, you were getting Y ring menu with options, like invite to party and stuff. Now it's gone. I thought it's not that important for me at this moment and I can wait for fix.
Today I decided to make some Steel Taritas items which require Steel, which require beginner heating knowledge. To get this knowledge I have to complete chain of quest, but now i'm stuck. One of the quests require harvesting planted wheat, but I can't interact with fence... just like with other players I don't get the Y menu. 

Please help, it's progress-breaking for me.

Ok, it works while holding LT.
