Dear PA,

To put it super simple, EU needs more channels.

Everything was fine from Friday till Sunday and now that the game is super cheap and available for everyone I couldn't enjoy the game on Monday and Tuesday evening properly because people hammer the servers in peak hours. Don't get me wrong, it's great the community is growing but you need to be prepared for it server wise. The issues I'm having two days straight:

- constant disconnects initially when first trying to log into the game

- disconnects when swapping to my beer maker from my grinder 

- disconnects and lags during grinding sessions 

I think that I spent 30 minutes on logging screen trying to enter any channel. I'd like it to be looked into with opening more channels in mind. I'm running wired 120 mb/s connection so I doubt the issue is on my end.

i got disconnected several times yesterday from the game and xbox live.. everything check out fine. i'm sure it's to do with the game. maybe more servers to reduce the congestion. 

same in NA. Im currently stuck on the "now processing" screen after getting dc multiple times 

Today again, got disconnected several times from the game and xbox live.. my internet line is still connected/active and everything else connected to my router is working fine.

After several disconnects, i can't even sign in to xbox live anymore.. 

This needs to be addressed asap.
