Are there any good guides to leveling up the Beserker class. As in, it shows what skills to allocate first?

Raging Thunder is your main grind skill, you want it always at max available rank. I prefer to use Beastly Wind Slash while Raging Thunder is on cooldown, so I max it too, there is also Extreme version of this skill at level 54 which makes it very strong with 100% crit chance.

There are of course PvP oriented skills like grabs - I recommend to have at least one rank in each of 3 grabs (Smack Down, Corpse Storm and Rock Smash) + Undertaker (Smack Down on rank 2 since you can't use Undertaker with rank 1).

There are healing skills that makes your grind much easier and help in PvP - Fearsome Tyrant, Beast Roar and Wrath of Beast - at least one rank in each + one rank Ire of Beast which is a flow to Wrath of Beast (it extends duration of skill, so provide more healing).

Last skill that is important before awakening is Lava Piercer - it provides fair mobility and it's a must have in PvP.

If you have any spare points I recommend to put them in passive skills (Seizing Fear and Infinite Mastery).

Like Apo said but ill add a bit from myself.

Everything depends on how many skill points you have. I'm around 800 so I basically maxed out all I needed and I only need few to finish off my build. I will try to suggest priorities:

1. Raging Thunder is your bread and butter - biggest AOE and boss damage, absolutely best skill.

2. Beastly Wind Slash and Frenzied Destroyer are your fillers and the latter provides nice damage buff. I would max out Wind Slash first.

3. Fearsome Tyrant is also very high damage skill if used with 100% black spirit rage. I don't typically use it without the full rage gauge unless I need immediate healing. It has wide range and I'm able to clear a room full of mobs in Calpheon Shrine if positioned correctly. 

4. Wrath of the Beast lvl 3 and Ire of the Beast lvl 1 is a filler and/or healing skill. WotB will clear small packs itself with high enough AP. Also looks cool lol..

5. Beast Roar is aggro and healing, I personally have this on lvl 1. 

6. Lava Piercer lvl 3, gap closer, great to run and chase. 

7. Seizing Fear passive, get it at least to lvl 10 first.

8. Infinite Mastery as they unlock. 

9. Grabs are personal and good to have to defend yourself from ganks. I maxed them all after all damage skills - Smack Down, Corpse Storm, Undertaker, Rock Smash. You want to rotate between those when fighting a player to extend CC time. 

Again, that's just my taste and opinion. Feel free to experiment as you have free skill resets until 56. 

Thank you, this helps a lot. Mostly just looking for PVE grind skills right now. I am not that high of level and not PVPing much yet. I can always reset them to be more pvp oriented when I get up there.

Then get all the grabs I mentioned at lvl 1 and first lvl up your passives and then grabs. 

The basic forward rb actually does alot of damage, even in pvp it does alot.

I sometimes just FD buff into lava/storming beast, smackdown , undertaker, then BW/Storming then just forward auto.  Normally kills lower hp classes

I have more complex combos for higher hp/group fights

For PvE just use FD for ap buff , raging thunder then forward auto. At this stage in the game thats all you need to grind

How do you make raging thunder continue to spin? I use the skill it spins once and is done, can anyone help me please.

HOLD THESE RB and RT UNTIL YOU CANNOT FEEL YOUR FINGERS ANYMORE!! My fingers sometimes get numb while farming underground cave at Helms for too long.

Seriously, it's how it works. once you press rb + rt you have to hold it to keep spinning. Also, Raging Thunder lasts longer the more skill points you allocate into it. 

any good lvl 56 tutorials, i messed up all my skill points. before i buy a reset i want to know what is should add. all the youtube videos are PC based and have a diffrent skill window. 

i am on 815 skill points. and also wich skill add-on i should pick

I prefer using addons that are tied to skills I use regularly....Fierce Strike, Beastly Wind Slash, and can't remember other one right now. Anyways it all depends on what you want but general recommendations are...crit chance up (self), at least one AP against monster +20, attack speed up, attack speed down (for enemy), movement speed down (enemy), or pvp attack up (for self). It's a matter of preference really but you can never go wrong with more crit chance.
