Hi guys, OG PC player here looking to help out some of the Xbox newbies! Many players don't know that Beer isn't the only consumable item to regain worker stamina. There's another item called 'Bird Meat' and you can make these with Chicken which is farmable from the same Grain nodes around Velia that you might be using for Beer materials. Just switch the production to Chicken instead of Potatoes! The cool thing about Bird Meat is that it only requires 2 Chickens to cook, versus the 5 Grains required for Beer. And get this, Bird Meat gives +3 stamina versus Beer's +2. So start producing Bird Meat and offer your workers a more balanced diet!!

Below you'll find a link to the full recipe but bear mind that while this item is called "Grilled Bird Meat" on PC, it's called "Bird Meat" on Xbox. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tips. Ive been farming Chicken meat and potatoes since day 1 but am still not sure how to use the ingredients to cook said beer and bird meat.

In Velia, go to the Inn and speak to the Chef. He sells the cooking utensil. Then buy a house, place the Cooking Utensil by pressing up on the d-pad when you're in the house. Then google the recipe of what you want to cook and use the Cooking Utensil to make it. Clear as mud? The Chef in Velia can be hard to find but the rest is easy.

Definitely more steps than I expected  but thank you for the clear instructions!
