Hello i rented a fence and cant figure out how to pick it up so i can get my cp back from renting

Stand inside of your fenced area, hold the left trigger down, you’ll have two options in your radio menu that pops up. Tap Y once to rotate to the second option which should allow you to disassemble and recover your fence. ??
