"Night all" I say but what comes out? "***ht all" "goodnight" becomes "good***ht" (I know nig is part of a nasty word but come on context)
"something" is similarly and bizarrely censored as well "so*****ing" (meth is a bad drug, we can all agree on that...but its not a swear word, censor it when its on its own by all means but as part of "something" thats nuts

The censoring of regular words is really bad. The censoring of just plain bs in chat is even worse. ?

There are words that I am looking at and thinking "what the hell are they trying to say?" Another one that comes up too much is when talking about a player's cl***. Meanwhile anyone who wants swear and say all the offensive things, they just seem to get around it with a slash somewhere in the word. Letting people create their own words to censor (or have a button to turn censoring on/off) or block people would be much more effective.

The ability to mute people from our feeds

The ability to report people who are being majorly toxic in chat (theres a difference between being ok with seeing strong language and dealing with someone who is talking about gassing people or swearing nonstop.)

We could do with actual gms monitoring chat. With the ridiculously high cost of "pearls" onto of the not free game they must have the money to pay some living wage employees to monitor chat and assist players.

Cant even ask about dark knights in chat without it being selectively blocked.

They should switch it to block an entire word If it is on the list. Add a list of back up words like som/ething.

This for sure. You know this company rakes in a lot of cash. Surely getting a few chat monitors won't break the bank.

The word “goal” is banned in chat completely. I can’t use a sentence with it. It doesn’t censor the word it just bans me from using it. This is the only one that I can’t figure out lol

There is nothing to add here - it's riddiculous when some guild names and character names are cenzured in chat.

why cant i make a character called kim jong un is stupid and hitler is a common name too.......

The game is rated T for teen it has good censorship but yes they need a in game chat monitor with all the potty mouths going around the censor with the slash in the words.  I have seen racial slurs,  religion,  political agenda,  drug abuse talk,  cyber bullying.... Ect.  I play games to escape real life for a while and just have fun why should I have to see this stuff in my game.  These are breaking the ToS and PA is doing nothing about it,  might try reaching out to Microsoft.

Half of what I try to post won't even go through at all, words commonly related to gameplay are censored. Meanwhile chat is filling with racist, homophobic, sexist comments & there's no option to block/mute/report. Seriously, what is the goal with this kind of censoring? Accomplishes nothing, irritates everyone. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon. Still a new game, I guess. ?

At leat you all can see the chat. 90% of the words ingame i cant even read beause they are too small.

This is more needed than the crash update

True! A lot of games are showing smaller and smaller font sizes. You can use magnifying tool, but doing so is a pain at best. Breaks immersion, or else is impossible because of the time it takes. You need a massive screen & to sit less than a meter from it to read everything- and my eyes are just fine.

Let's not forget it doesn't always give us the stupid **** censor... say some innocuous sometimes that shouldn't be censored and it'll say "Banned Word" and delete what you wrote.

Censorship in itself is inherently evil. 

It’s ridiculous the words you can’t say.. there are words fundamental to the game that the game actually has in it but players are not able to say... it’s rediculous.

Some of the comments made on chat are pretty horrible though. Blocking words is one thing, but racist, sexist, homophobic slurs/ outright bullying needs to stop. There's got to be a line between "free speech" and "hate speech."
