My AP is at 84 and DP is 126. Wondering what the best or good armor set I should be running with 

I would skip your armor until you can plus 15 yuria weapon and an offhand like steel dagger or what ever your offensive line is. I used my armor stones to build fail stacks so I didn't burn all my weapon ones.

Can vendor buy it in calpheon on rodanz, what's his name just SE of warehouse.

As for armor. Heve armor is the standard, though certain quest items like dim magical armor and lootable items like louvre lost helm can fill that void as rhey are equivalent to +10 or better heve armor

U can also go farm Treant Spirit accessories and belt. They cant be enhanced but base ap is same as base ap for witches and mark of shadows without the hassle of farming them. They also drop much faster because they are not as rare. Its an easy alternative that gives more then enough until next update
